I wrote these songs with only my voice and the scraps of paper I found in a place no one would ever want to be. I would memorize them and sing them in the shower late night or sometimes in the dining room if it was empty. This is my favorite of the recordings I have made. I performed and engineered the songs myself. It sort of sticks to your ribs. The lyrics were the thing. I tried to sing them as best I could. It was recorded and pressed in 2001 lest anyone think I stole the title from another band that, I have since learned, has that name.
