Bios:
Mr. Daem: Born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Akron, Ohio, this Hip-hop/R&B artist has been singing and performing in plays since elementary school. He made his first recording at age 18 in 1994 in Akron with a group called "The West Side Ballers". From day one, Daem has always been known as the "hook man", that is, the one who comes up with and usually performs the chorus part of the song.
He has been featured on various Ohio-based compilations including "Mass Mob Click 1997" and "From tha Valley to tha Hill 2002. He also co-hosted and performed on Cleveland, Ohio''s "216 Show", which aired on the local Fox network.
Daem''s first independent release entitled "Sex and Lies" started out in Ohio and stretched all the way to Seattle, where he came in contact with I-5 Entertainment President James Taylor III. Soon after, Daem was in the I-5 studio making hits with the whole crew. He is now signed in a production contract with I-5. The Debut album is set to release in late 2005.
Ashley: Hi name is Ashley Olivia Spillane, I was born in Everett, WA on September 16th 1987. I currently live in Seattle, WA with my mother, father, and sister. I attended Ballard High school. My idol is Aaliyah, my dream since a little girl was to be able to perform with her, but since she''s gone I just wish to be half as original, classy, and talented as she was. I love to dance, choreograph, sing, and act. I enjoy shopping, kickin'' it my friends, and anything that includes music. I love Peacho''s and Orange soda. I don''t have a favorite color because every color is beautiful to me...My dream is to star in a movie and inspire people with my lyrics.
Young Boss: Young Boss "also known as" Matthew Taylor has hit the Seattle Underground Hip Hop Scene like a hammer. Known for his quick wit, Freestyle ability and willingness to battle anyone at anytime Young Boss has already left his mark on the Seattle''s underground Hip Hop Scene. Born and raised in Seattle''s Central District his style is a true representation of the best Seattle has to offer. With a string of performances at Seattle top Underground Hip Hop Party "The Bumble" his reputation as a top-notch performer and entertainer is growing. He followed that up with another successful showing at the Annual Juneteenth Festival where he once again left the crowd asking, "Where did this guy come from?" To this he proudly says "The Central" and I-5 Entertainment is here to stay!
On Point: On Point began his love for music at the age of 5. Do to his father and mother both being involved in Seattle''s black music since the early 60''s. His father was the lead guitar player in several local funk bands and his mother had a short lived singing career which had to end do to his birth. By the age of 12, On Point had already begun to DJ, write songs, and dabble in music production. By 17 he''d built himself a small home recording studio and was making most of the tracks for the rappers in his neighborhood, several of which went on to become well known in the Seattle area. When he moved from home at 18 he got even more serious about music production and writing and began to acquire professional level audio equipment and searching out the best talent Seattle had to offer. Finally in August of 2004 On Point along with his business partner James Taylor formed I5 Entertainment which has quickly become the best recording studio/entertainment company in the NW in less than one year''s time. His mission statement is clear and has been since the age of 18 - "offer only the finest music, talent, and professionalism that is humanly possible".
