This native of Chattanooga, Tennessee was not only given a great gift, but also has a story straight out of the latest blockbuster movie. His testimony is sure to impact anyone who hears it. At the age of 15 he was struck in the head by a stray bullet. It rang through the YMCA where he was waiting for his mom to pick him up from piano lessons. Suddenly, without warning his life dramatically changed. He awoke totally blind…not knowing if he would ever see again. After a dramatic healing his vision was restored to 20/20. With the bullet still lodged in his head, he is compelled to share with the world his Miraclechild story. Ternae worked along side producers Cedric and Victor Caldwell. He has worked either behind the mic or behind the board with artists such as Kelly Price, Donnie McClurkin, Shirley Murdock, CeCe Winans, Michelle Williams, Smokie Norful and many others. Ternae began his songwriting career by co-writing songs for Bishop T.D. Jake''s recording project, “God''s Leading Lady”. He received his Bachelor''s Degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and studied recording engineering at the prestigious Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, Ohio. Ternae has since started a production label called "Miraclechild Entertainment" completed various projects for BET and continues to write sing and work with various artists. Ternae just completed his debut album “Transparent 27:93”, set to drop in Spring 2007. “Transparent 27:93” is a ballad heavy project with an R&B vibe that is dripping with an unmistakable gospel message.
