On this 2000 This World trio CD single, "Beyond The Beyond"; brothers Rob and Lee Kohler, bass and keyboard, and Clay Green, percussion, mix rich layers of sound and meaningful lyrics. Lee R. Kohler has written two of the songs. His extensive organ and classical piano training are evident in his composing and playing, combining the traditional with his own concept. In 1989, he and his brother Rob led a similar trio to the Montreux Music Festival in Montreux, Switzerland. Rob Kohler has a distinctive solo voice, and is an aggressive bass player, evidenced by his Who''s Who jazz experience at the Stanford jazz workshop in Palo Alto California where he regularly works as a bass instructor. Green is an exciting composer and percussionist. Often the sounds of his drums explode and whisper in the same song.
