Details:
Jed''s A Millionaire''s 2nd full-length CD titled "Haunt" was released early 2004, and along with their initial full length CD release of "Kachina Theater" in 2002 have received extensive Arizona radio airplay ("Began", "Make" from Haunt, "She Says", "Shady Side of Town" from Kachina Theater), as well as very favorable reviews (see below).

Formed by front man, singer/songwriter R. Shawn Harrington, Haunt''s soaring vocals and truly heart-wrenching lyrics makes this a "must have" for any rock fan who wants great melodies in their music. Guitarist Aaron Ploechl, Bassist Mike WIllinger and Drummer Jason Roedl complete the line up.

Though their style of music has been difficult to categorize by their fans - you would hear an americana/roots/alternative sense all wound up in highly melodic straight ahead "rock" sound. The strong vocals/lyrics, rapturous guitar, and dynamic drums often draw comparisons to a diverse group of today''s top rock acts. Their intense and infectious sound has gained much attention in the Southwestern US..

While incredibly polished in the studio (and produced by the incomparable Michael Blue of Revolver Recordings, Westlake Village, CA), they bring a powerful edgy, honest sound to their live performances.

Jed''s was winner of 2003 Phoenix New Times "Most Enjoyable Singer", Budweiser "Band of the Month" Feb 2004, Winner 2002 Phoenix''s "Best Alternative Rock Band", nominee for AIM''s "Best Rock Band" award, and a 2002 National Finalist for Jim Beams "Best New Rock Band" Search.

Jimmy Magahern, NEW TIMES, Jan 2004
"A first-class collection produced by Michael Blue @ Revolver Records ... evocative artwork by Eddie Shea ... perched for major-label success."

SouthOfMainstream,
Here''s a contemporary/pop rock band that knows how to use various styles from studio jam rock to the pure sound of just a piano and acoustic guitar. Lead singer, R. Shawn Harrington has a big time voice with clarity, power, and airiness (not sure that''s a word, but you know what I mean). J.A.M. also mixes their harmonies effectively. Pick up one or both of these CD''s and you''ll become a Jed Head.
Haunt - 4 Stars
Kachina Theater - 3 Stars

Haunt, the second release from Arizona''s Jed''s A Millionaire, is one hell of a break-up record. While some albums of this kind resort too quickly to barroom bravado or candlelit whimperings, Haunt does neither.

Sure, you can taste the heartbreak behind each guitar chord and smell the sweat and tears that shape each couplet uttered from R. Shawn Harrington''s mouth, but the record still feels more like a celebration of growth than a grieving of love. It''s there during "All," which chronicles the moment of letting go, it''s there during "Began," the futile plea for reconciliation, and it''s there during "Ghost," the big kiss-off to still-lingering memories......
