Who We Are:
The Jeremiah Smith Band (JSBand) is a vision eight years in the making. Singer/songwriter Jeremiah Smith has been writing songs since age 14. In 1998 Jeremiah Smith completed his first studio album "China". The following two years proved difficult as he restructured his band. After the restructuring was complete the JSBand played a string of local venues and two major events. Now, after a four year hiatus, Jeremiah has teamed up with long time friend and bass player Will Butler and drummer Joseph McDermott. The band has joined their gifts to focus on the acoustic rock genre with the occasional electric rock driven song.
Our Intention:
The JSBand is intent on creating an atmosphere of acceptance and comfort for everyone to enjoy the music it has been given; to plant a seed for Jesus Christ in the hearts of man.
Business Affiliations:
The music of the JSBand is published by Red Top Giant Publishing (RTGP). RTGP was founded by Will Butler and Jeremiah Smith. The sole purpose of the company is to maintain the copyrights of, generally promote, and maintain the financial stability of the JSBand. Future recordings will be released as an RTGP record.

Nanning International Festival of Folk Songs November, 2000
Nanning, PR China
● Performed six separate sets over an eight day period.
● Highlights included performing the song "Dreams" on live national Chinese television.
Night fall on the River July, 2001

● Opened for the national act Deep Blue Something.
● Highlights included the broadcast of our set on local radio stations 102.5 FM and 103.3 FM.
● Promotional campaign included performing "Desert Sky" on the KCCI Channel 8 morning
spotlight segment.
