Maybaby is the first solo offering from Jim Roberti, a singer, songwriter,and musician from Northeastern, PA. Roberti played all instruments (with few exceptions), wrote, arranged and co-produced, co-mixed the disc. Maybaby wanders from straight-forward pop love songs like Shiver and Watching Melissa to socially aware songs like Child Waiting, which is about abortion from the unborn fetus'' point of view, and Sister''s Lament which is an anthem against spousal abuse. The latter is an extremely popular so-called unknown hit that leaves a mark on people from all walks of life.

Jim Roberti is a musician''s musician, having extensive live performance experience since the age of 13. He has a unique vocal quality and perserverence under demanding gig schedules and plays guitar, drums, bass and piano/keyboards. Roberti has been making a name for himself in the Northeast PA region, New York City and colleges in the Northeastern United States for over 12 years. Having a successful touring/live schedule has allowed him to write, produce and finance his own albums outside of the influences of musical trends.
Roberti''s biggest influences include the Beatles, Sting, Peter Gabriel, BNL, Phish.
