Existant /igzístánt/ n. Greenville, SC band with clear influences of ‘60s blues-rock, ‘90s alternative, and modern indie rock. Founded 2008 by singer-songwriter Jason Bodson with six-string sorcerer and effects junkie James Heaton. Released first album Debutante in July 2008.

Straight-laced midwestern boy. Eagle Scout. Voted “Most Intelligent”. Has a Master’s degree in Ceramic Engineering. Discovered true passion in music and spent eight years honing songwriting skills before bringing his dream to life with the founding of Existant.

Man of many guises. Ex-PI, scuba instructor, graphic designer, and father of three. Heals a tortured soul with daily application of six-string salve. Since 16 has worshipped at the altar of guitar-god Hendrix. Mixes classic amp tones w/ state-of-the-art electro-wizardry to create his unique sounds.
