Supah Mario’s musical influence comes from his hometown of Greenville, Mississippi. Growing up deep down in the MS Delta, Supah Mario had no other choice other than to be influenced by music. Because he was surrounded by struggles and poverty, Mario was able to learn to rise above the constant hardships that plagued the ghetto. This inspired the young lyricist to introduce a new form of hip hop to the world. Supah has brilliantly coined “Ras Hop”, a combination of rap, soul, reggae, consciousness, word sound, and power over funky melodies of various sounds. In other words, its a little old school flavor collided with a new age promise. Although he’s still a tadpole in the game, Supah Mario has demonstrated his worth. The “Supah” in his name describes his work ethic and determination to make it to the top. “The Delta Life Vol. 1” was Mario’s most recent project, which featured the legendary David Banner. This album was released on a regional scale while a host of underground material gave the young rapper street credit throughout the Dirty South region. “Fresh Off Da Scale” is the newest masterpiece from Supah Mario, a.k.a Full Time Souljah. Scorching the underground scene is Mario’s latest inferno, “Ragga Swagga”. Supah Mario has been marketing himself to music lovers all over the world. Although he has bounced from label to label, he has finally landed at the fledgling Ragga Knotts Entertainment, which is soon to host a roster of promising talent.
