This is it! Halloween Songs that rock! First, I would like to thank you for checking out my new album. Please take a few minutes and listen to a few tracks (or all) of the songs. I GUARANTEE you have never heard Halloween Songs like these before.
This album, for me, was sooooo fun to create. Unlike other songs, you have a little more liberty on Halloween Songs. You can use chords you don''t typically use. They can sound creepy and cool in the same song. That is exactly what I tried to achieve. For example, the melody might sound scary with dissonant chords and then the chorus comes in and changes the sound and feeling of the song. I honestly gave it 150% to try to make this the coolest complete Halloween Album ever.
When you think of Halloween Songs, which ones come to mind? For me, two of them in particular stand out. ''Thriller'', of course by Michael Jackson and ''Monster Mash''. They are played at EVERY Halloween party, and probably even more than once. My dreams would be achieved if one of more of these songs became a Halloween staple at dances, parties, or even played on the front porch for Trick Or Treaters. My goal was to compose Halloween Songs that would last.
I do not believe in cheesy Halloween Songs. If any of these songs are cheesy, please let me know. I felt that there was a need for some good Halloween Songs so I spent a lot of time trying to compose songs that rock. I really feel like I have achieved that in these songs. However, I do not believe in simply listening myself to these songs as much as I like listening to them. I composed these songs for YOU - the listener. If you like these songs, I encourage you to download them. Downloading the songs, would directly help me and give me more confidence to continue creating passionate fun rockin music. Once you download my album, you can use the songs every single Halloween for years to come.
There is a difference between cheesy Halloween songs and cool Halloween songs that are a bit humorous. A lot of my songs have silly sound effects like howls, Dracula laughs, Goblin sounds, etc. These sounds are to add personality to the music and create more of a Halloween atmosphere.
A little bio on Bandgard:
I love music. I love life. Bandgard is made of of one person, myself, Riley. I composed all of the sounds and words on this album. I even recorded, produced, and mixed all of the music. That just proves that by downloading the album, you will be helping me, the musician to continue making music. I have taken music classes in college here and there, but in making music, it comes down to focusing on a goal. I made this album, focusing on an older crowd other than kids. For kids, I made an album by the artist ''Nooshi'' called ''Halloween Songs To Christmas Melodies'' which is also available now.
