Jeff has had a single in the Billboard Hot 100 and toured in an oldie show as the opening Act for Steppenwolf (in the same year!).
In 1988 Jeff wrote and recorded songs for the Indie Cult Classic ''Lucky Guy", the first release under his own name.
He then went into semi-retirement, and settled in Providence RI, emerging from time to time to play bass on friends'' projects.
Jeff continued to write, his songs evolving to reflect the variety of music and life that had always been his musical identity.
Named by The Providence Journal as one of 2001/2002s'' Best Indie Releases, ''Jeff Now'' is a collection of brand new songs that take all of these influences and meld them, along with Jeff''s own unique humor and sensibilities, into a New World of Pop Possibilities.
