LARIN is the name of a new project formed by guitarist George Larin. Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, George has performed with many bands. Starting with "NEW RELIGION" 1986 "BACKWATER"(Germany) 1988 - "TARAMIS" 1990 - 94 "AMETHSYT" 1994 - 2002.
Having played guitar since the age of 10, many many guitar influences come to mind. Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Ritchie Blackmore, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhoads, Akira Takasaki, Marty Friedman, Harry Cody etc,etc... As far as band influences go, Coroner, Annihilator, Exodus, Megadeth, Metallica(early) Death Angel, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Motorhead, Testament, etc,etc,
