Hi. I''m Vincent Brue. I record a lot of songs under the name Lifeguard Nights. Occasionally I get together with buddies and re-record these songs like a real band (See our albums "Punch Sky" and "The Church of Song"). But most of the time I record songs by myself in my room, like I did on this, the 6th Lifeguard Nights solo album, "So Lower". It''s a lo-fi odyssey through a low point in my life. Sometimes it''s catchy. Sometimes it''s shitty. A bunch of these tracks were intended to be rough sketches, to be re-demo''d later, but when I went back and listened I thought they accurately captured what I was going for, which was more of a feeling than any kind of statement. Yada yada yada. I recommend listening to it and coming to your own conclusions. I''m an idiot. Thanks, bye!
