Formed in July 2007. SeedLove is composed of Damon Bailey on vocals and guitar, Richard ''Richmo'' Faught on bass and vocals, Jeff Pritchett on keys and drums, Andrew Floyd on percussion, and Joseph Young on woodwinds. Throughout late 2006 and 2007, Richmo had been working on a roots project called Nu Riddim. A young act dedicated to the work of 70''s Kansas City reggae legends, The Blue Riddim Band. Damon expressed an interest in the music of Nu Riddim and soon started to infuse his original compositions with the love and style of Nu Riddim.
We love being a part of Kansas City music! Seedlove is proud to contribute to a growing network of conscious midwest artists. We embody electric, powerful live shows full of soulfully inspired poetry interwoven through sweet "humm along" jazz riffs and humid roots rhythms. Music that is surely danced and enjoyed by all listeners!
