Last Dayz is a Christian Rock band from South Orange County, CA. Their debut CD release, "Last Dayz" features a diverse mix of high energy rock music with a pinch of old school and lots of soulful rhythms and grooves. Their music features lots of tasty lead guitar solos and powerful lead vocals. At times their music may hint of Nine Inch Nails, George Lynch, Rage Against The Machine and others but their lyrics are definitely of a spiritual content.
Their music is heavy rock but with a very commercial approach. This CD features a slow melodic ballad as well as various tempo changes from song to song. All of the songs are very groove oriented. If you like rock music with a strong beat, you will like this CD. Their music has a lot of dynamics and the hooks are very catchy, while at the same time not too commercial sounding or overproduced. Don''t get me wrong, their music is not for the mellow quiet type, it hits like a ton of dirty bricks with tasty leads and heavy grindy grooves.
