The first part of Verge contains the artier, edgier tracks and the second part contains the lighter ones.

Record of the Year:

Verge won Record of the Year 2004 at Radio Six International. The success is shared with some talented friends who worked on Verge - most notably Andy Goessling, Tim Carbone and Buck Dilly from New Jersey bands Railroad Earth and Kings in Disguise and also guitarist Moris Tepper (PJ Harvey, Tom Waits, Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band) and his band from California. On the tech side you may also be familiar with Fred Kevorkian who did the mastering, just as he has done for Phish, Sonic Youth, Dave Matthews, The White Stripes, Lou Reed, Lenny Kravitz, LL Cool J and more.
