BONFIGLIO performs what he calls "sophisticated acoustic music" played by a talented group of artists. His first pop recording, "Through the Raindrops," lauded for its blending of forms and captivating sound, spent eight months on the Billboard charts. He has toured the United States and Puerto Rico several times and has just finished a new "Harmonica America" recording.
In the Pop field, ROBERT BONFIGLIO, has worked with such artists as Chakka Khan, John Sebastian, Bernard Purdie, Roberto Carlos, Phoebe Snow, Bernadette Peters and Mandy Patinkin.
URBAN RENEWAL is his latest project, a combination of rhythms from a Roland MC 505, the work of Steve Benson, guitar and over the top BONFIGLIO has placed beautiful melodies for and exotic new sound.
