The trials of this tradjedywere the inspiration for the songs on the ''Slow me Down'' cd. Grasping for strength to keep my sanity and to stop the despair, anger, frustration, and bitterness from overtaking me I started putting what I was experiencing to music. Sometimes it would be a cry for Spiritual ''HELP'' like in ''Commutin Time'' or just plain being real pissed off and writing a song about a drug addicts education ''Educated Kinda Guy'', written the day after my son was arrested.
