Marty Lukenbill: Born in Clarkston, Wash. in 1954. Has been playing lead guitar in bands since High School. Some of the more notable bands are The Stretch Wabash Band, The Crosstown Rivals, The Secret Agents and The Big Newtons. He is married with one daughter (10) years old and when he is not playing gigs with Lukenbill-Faller he is a teacher''s aid at The Northwest Children''s home in Lewiston, Idaho and he has 30 guitar students with his guitar college through a local music store. The 8 songs by Marty on this cd have been written over the last 25 years.

Dan Faller: Born in Seattle in 1952, Dan moved to Lewiston, Idaho in 1972. He has been the lead singer in bands since 1975. Some of the more notable acts are The Stretch Wabash Band, The Seidel Brothers and The Big Newtons. He is married with (4) children and (2) grand children and works for Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. The 8 songs by Dan on this cd were written within the last 18 months with the exception of "Tale of Two Cities" which was written in 1983 and also appears on an album he did with the Seidel Brothers in 1984.

Together in bands on and off over the last 26 years,
( steady for the last 9 years ), Marty Lukenbill and Dan Faller have always blended guitar style with vocal power. They play live constantly for two guys that have jobs in the "real world". Their circuit is community gatherings and events like fairs and rodeos from Boise, Idaho to Spokane, Washington. They sell this cd off the bandstand on break and to date they have sold over 500 cd''s.

The live show is a tribute to the great bands of the 60''s and 70''s like the Beatles, Pink Floyd ( they do "Us and Them" live and it is something really special ), the Rolling Stones, Iron Butterfly ( yes they do "Innagaddadavida" ), Neil Young, Santana and they even have been known to do a few country artists that they both admire like Alan Jackson, Charlie Robison and Russell Smith.

Both have written material and continue to write and develop songs in Dan''s home studio ( protools ). Dan has an album in production at this time called "Amber Waves". It is due for release in September of 2004. Marty is planning a contemporary christian album after his return from a trip to Uganda in July of 2004.

But the real magic happens when Marty and Dan perform live and in the studio. They''re vocal blend and guitar capabilities are evident. They are sure you will love the songs on "Etched in Song". Everyone of them comes straight from the heart of these two guys.

Email us for information on a limited edition of a live 10 song cd of their show last fall at the Nez Perce County fair.
