The new album Let The Record Ride is some of the band''s best work to date. Recorded in 2003/2004 in Emeryville California and Gunnison Colorado, the album flows from start to finish, taking the listener on a musical journey from Memphis to Guinea West Africa. In fact, it''s hard to believe the CD is an hour long it flows so smoothly. The track entitled Mr. Continental, features guitarist Brian Jordan from Karl Denson''s Tiny Universe doing what he does best, and there is even a live West African piece included on the album.
