Minister Bryan L. Oakley was one of the first artist''s signed to Dash Entertainment, precursor of Rocafella Records/Management, in 1992. Following his calling to the ministry, he began recording gospel musik after being licensed as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ in Los Angeles.
