Currently based out of San Diego, Michael has been around the block a few times, exploring life and living it to the fullest in his 30-year young life, tying everything together in an artistically cohesive style of acoustic music. A cancer survivor, a world traveler, a student of languages, philosophy, and religions, Michael brings all these experiences and their deeper meanings together in his music in a heart-penetrating, thought-provoking, and challenging manner that provokes the listener to relax, listen, relate, and respond with a sense of wellbeing and hope.
Since the release of his second solo album, "Still Listening" in January of 2004, he has been tirelessly performing, promoting, touring, and writing in true Do-It-Yourself style. The latter part of 2004 finds Michael having just been named the 2004 Male Singer Songwriter of the Year by the LA Music Awards. He is set to release his new album with co-production by San Diego''s award-winning producer Swen-Erik Seaholm, due for release by February of 2005. So, not bad for a guy jumping into his musical career with full force just a year ago!
