Deep in the laboratory a secret concoction was being brewed, but one thing held it back from being released, the arch-enemy of our hero. As a result the lab crushed down on top of the then weak man called Louis!!Burns. When he arouse he felt strong and knew that if he pursued his dreams, he could whip his arch-enemy.
