Rob Quinn’s music is inspired by the Beatles, The Hollies, Traffic, Spirit, Golden Earring, Blue Oyster Cult, Jeff Beck and many groups from the 60’s and 70’s.
Rob wrote sang and played all the songs from this CD, “Music Don’t Pay the Bills”.
Rob Lives and records in Tampa Bay Florida.
Rob has been playing music since the 5th grade, inspired by the Beatles invasion of America. Rob started out playing drums, playing in his father’s wedding band where his father played trumpet. Rob picked up the guitar in the 6th grade and would spend his days playing music.
Rob has been active in the Tampa music scene playing guitar, bass and singing with Paradox, The Core, Third Wish, and playing bass with “High Tides” Tampa’s favorite Southern Rock outfit.
Rob has derived inspiration from Artist like Paul McCartney, Todd Rundgreen, Steve Winwood, And Stevie Wonder who play all the instruments on the recording themselves.
