multi-instrumentalist, Contempoary Folk singer/songwriter Mysha Caruso is performing in Hawaii, California, New England and beyond ( see https://www.tradebit.com for updates)
He recently won an Honor Award in the Great American Song Contest and produced, engineered and performed on the third album by Hawaiian artist Kalyani. Mysha has also been performing with artist/producer Stuart Oliver''s progressive Folk duo "Feta and Shiraz".
Mysha Caruso originated in Northeren New England where he cultivated a conspiracy with Nature and the Arts.
Mysha began to combine his Nature poetry with music and storytelling. Trained as classical vocalist in Choral groups, Madrigals and Musical Theatre, Mysha used his rich vocal ability to bring his poetry to a deeper level. Rooted in the traditions of Celtic and Appalachian Folk music, Mysha''s songwriting displays an exquisite gentle vibration reflecting upon his observations in the heart of the forests and mountains.
As his inspirations led him westward to Montana, Colorado and California, Mysha lived in spirtual communities that assisted him in authenticizing his relations to the Great Spirit. As a resident of the Big Island of Hawai''i, Mysha and his family are stewards of the Earth planting trees and gardens and this service emmenates from his musical creations as does an influence of slack key guitarwork and the gentle Island lifestyle. Mysha presently shares his art on the Big Island and continues to cultivate gardens as well as sincere spiritually touching songs that express a genuine faith in the interconection of all life.
