"Lo-Fi Garage Punks Rule! I like it! High marks for a well-written song. It reminds me of Smashing Pumpkins meets White Stripes. What a cool vibe. Keep rock''in dudes because you very well could be the next "Stones" of the new milenium." Review from https://www.tradebit.com...

Natchet Taylor discovered music at a young age in the aura of Rock N'' Roll gods like Zep, The Stones, The Kinks, and AC/DC. However, a spark turned into an inferno when he was exposed to bands like Iggy and the Stooges, The MC5, and The Ramones. Pure Rock N'' Roll. The disease had set it and there was no cure. But this has nothing to do with The Cure anyway.

Long story short, Natchet eventually ran into his younger half-brother Rob Taylor after a long hiatus. They hooked up and Rob began beating the skins for the band. His raw, powerful, and quick style filled out the sound and gave it an definite edge. Keeping it in the family, X. Taylor joined on as bassist and the three began playing everywhere and everywhere they could.

Long story even shorter, the band then descended into a downtown Austin studio to capture the creations on tape and "Backlash America" (Natchet Taylor''s first LP) was the result. Natchet''s friends Eddie Duffy (Simple Minds) and Dean Leal (long time friend) sat in and added their own personal instrumental touches to the record.

This record is a collection of these sessions and was produced and created by the band. This record is the "DIY version" of the album. The artwork and direction of this record is an attempt to show that a CD can sound good and be done right with a little DIY. This is a limited edition CD and there are no plans for reprinting it anytime soon and the CDs are going fast at shows. Grab one while you can, stop by the website, sign the guestbook and let us know what you think.

Natchet, Rob, and X. continue to bring their energetic blend of depraved Rock N? Punk to anyone who will listen in an attempt to prove that Rock N? Roll may be dead, but this band is in denial.
