Jaystorm’s first music video “TwentyFourSeven” was selected by Swept Away TV, a nationally distributed music/pop culture TV show seen in 42 markets including NYC, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix and is estimated to be available in 19 million households. UNSIGNED Music Magazine and KCSG television also accepted Jaystorm''s music video for their music television show that broadcast to over 150,000 homes via cable and 500,000 via the Dish Network. The video also aired on Germany''s TV-38, Australia''s TV-31, Channel https://www.tradebit.com Time Warner Cable TV in Manhattan NY and Cablevision in Long Island NY. Additionally, Jaystorm was voted into Novembers Top 10 Bands (..3) from Pulse Rated (UK) out of over 75,000 votes cast along with winning “Battle of the Bands” national competition held by Got Milk org. based out of Chicago, Illinois.
Jaystorm recently finished a single called "That''s The Shh…" featuring newly signed Universal Republic recording artist Mr. Mack. This single will be leading up to his 6 song EP from his band "The Jaystorm Project" which just recently recieved "Best Of Knoxville 2008" award. The EP to be released by Spring 2008
In October of 2004, Jaystorm released his first solo full-length Soul/Hip-Hop album titled "Lets Do This" which was nominated for Independent R&B Album of the Year (2005 Southern Entertainment Awards) Nashville, TN and has amassed several other accolades. To promote his current efforts, Jaystorm will be performing in venues in the Tri-State area, in-stores, opening acts, daily internet promotion, along with weekly interviews with area/regional radio stations & newspapers.
Having an action packed stage show and great versatility has already allowed him to progress quickly as solo Funk/Soul/Hip-Hop artist, allowing him to open for major label artists such as: The Nappy Roots, Keith Sweat, Young Joc, & Petey Pablo, to name a few.
