“Note from the Georgian Hotel” is the debut solo album from Josh Carples, the singer and guitarist for the band Marsellus, and singer and guitarist for 12th Hour before that.
The 10-song acoustic album shows a different side of Carples’ music, especially when compared to the loud rock bands he has fronted, but while different musically, the album still highlights his passion for both original music, strong songwriting and thoughtful and personal lyrics.
Every song on the album was written, arranged, performed, produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Carples. The recording took place between April and September 2008.
