BIO----
NSB was formed early in 2003. Nate was doing solo performances at the Coeur d''Alene Casino, where Mike''s former band was also playing. Wanting to fill out his sound he asked Mike to sit in on a few of his solo''s. Sensing a musical connection and wanting to expand his sound, Nate asked his father, Ron S., to join in this musical endeavor. Recieving enthusiastic response & encountering larger opportunities, Nate & Ron S. approached Ron G. (the Schierman''s both having worked with Ron previously) about participating in their latest musical endeavor. The shows at the Casino where a huge success and the boys decided to build upon the foundation that had been laid. After a few months of performances at the Casino the band decided it was time to record a demo. Ironwood Studio''s in Seattle, was the location for the band''s recording. After a few months of rehearsing, and a few shows here and there, recording time came. With the help of Don DeVore (Ironwood''s owner & chief engineer), NSB tracked "Trading Scars". The basic tracks were recorded in 3 days, Nate then came back a week later for three more days of vocals & overdubs. The guys were estatic over the way the final project sounded. Upon completion of the CD, the boys also knew it was time to break out the gloves and start hitting the town. Nate, Ron S., Ron G., and Mike are eager to continue the momentum that has started, and are looking forward to bringing the music on this CD to old fans and new fans alike.
