A LONG LONG TIME AGO.........
Glenn and Janet join forces and create a couple of little guys - Andrew and Adam. Glenn immediately begins the brain developing (washing) process by inundating little Andrew and Adam with the likes of Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Styx, Kansas, and Rush with occasional injections of JoJo Gunne, Deep Purple, and the Beatles (of course). Glenn continued his assault through the 90''s with the sounds of Nirvana, STP, Foo Fighters, and Aerosmith (still going strong). Then one glorious day, Andrew decided that he needed to learn how to play the guitar. A year or so later, Adam felt the urge, the desire, the NEED to learn how to play bass! THE MASTER PLAN WAS ALL COMING TOGETHER - and just in the nick of time (Glenn wasn''t getting any younger). Soon, the "McArdell Project" was playing at graduation parties, with the help of JAKE ABRY on drums.
In desperate search of a band name, Glenn called upon the forces of nature (a July 4th swarm of gnats) and musical inspiration from Kansas (Father Padilla Meets The Perfect Gnat) and on that warm fourth of July in Grand Haven, Michigan, "PERFECT GNATS" were hatched!
"ALL THRUMS" is the first CD (and hopefully not the last) entirely written, performed, recorded, produced, arranged, engineered and mixed by GLENN, ANDREW and ADAM MCARDELL. BUY THE CD and breathe life into the "GNATS".
