In the age of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Super Nintendo, Phase of Jen was united in a small Kentucky town. Joe and David went to elementary school together, and were good friends until Joe''s departure for bigger and better things - in another small Kentucky town. Tucker was also linked through family to David, though they only saw each other only once a year at reunions.
Joe and David didn''t have any contact with each other (except for once when Joe called David for a mutual friend''s number... and another when they had a sleepover which consisted of watching the famous Bronco police chase with OJ Simpson), until they were asked to perform in a wedding while they were both in college. Because of Joe''s incredible methods of persuasion, David transfered to MTSU, where Joe was currently rockin''.
Tucker heard about the school from David (actually, their moms exchanged the information), and likewise transfered. It was known that Tucker had an incredible itch for the rock music, so he was thus called upon to scratch it with Phase of Jen.
