Details:
Kate grew up in small town Colorado going to Folk Festivals, which shaped her interest in music. One summer she taught herself to play guitar on her mother’s old guitar. Many guitars and years later she began writing her own lyrics and music. She enjoys playing with other musicians, and values all that they can teach her. Music is her life, passion and great love. Kate plays mostly folk music and continues to play at venues in the Southwest. She currently attends Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, and studies English Literature.
