Singing since the age of 2 years old, Kym Branch has been inspiring and encouraging the hearts of others all across the United States. Being well experienced in music and studio work as both singer, arranger and songwriter, Kym has had the opportunity to record background vocals in earlier years for artists now known as "Kindred the Family Soul", and group formerly known as "Da Youngstas", both from Philadelphia, PA. This type of experience has allowed her to be come what we would call a "versatile" type of artist. With R&B, Hip Hop and Gospel flavors, all wrapped up into one , this is one thing that makes Kym “unique”. She has embraced many stages, including return visits to the Robin Hood Dell East in Philadelphia for Annual Unity Weekends, gracing the stage along with many major celebrities, always ending with raving reviews and standing ovations. She has had three astounding performances in 2004/2005 at the World Famous "Showtime At the Apollo" in Harlem, New York, in which she landed 2nd place in one of them and returned again to perform in February 2007. Showcasing opportunities in the past include California, New Jersey, Baltimore, New York, Tennessee, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, just to name a few. Kym was a semi-finalist for Vickie Winans Rising Star Talent Search Tour in 2005, a finalist in the McDonald''s Gospelfest held in New York City in June 2006, auditioned for a spot as a contestant on BET''s Sunday Best which started airing in October 2007, and the Gospel Dream 2008. Since then, Kym continues to perform and minister at many venues in Los Angeles, where she now resides, and has just released her first “EP” entitled, BALANCE, “The EP”. Kym calls this the “Early Project” of what she is about to release to the world for the glory of God!
As Kym ministers the word of God through “prophetic” song at various church ministries, conferences, organizational events and so forth, she is known to "change atmospheres" with her powerful, commanding yet melodic voice.
