"Parade" is the debut 5 song CD by the Los Angeles duo Proper Villains. Proper Villains are Cindi Law and Stefano. Combining great talent and charisma, they bring a refreshing excitement to their music, which grabs you both sonically and visually. Between her seemingly sweet, effortless singing and his intense yet pop sensibilities, Proper Villains are downright cool.
Be it the blatant sexiness of "Crawl", the eclectic rock on "Run", or the unrequited love in "Lovin'' You", Cindi and Stefano infuse their songs with their vibrant personalities.
After getting together to co-write a couple of songs, it soon became apparent that there was something special. "It was really funny, not only did people keep coming up to ask, ''When is your next show?'', but, "what''s the deal, are you guys a couple?" says Cindi. And with a knowing yet unrevealing look, they both reply, "NO COMMENT". Cindi and Stefano have continued to refine their songs and their sound all the while developing a strong, loyal and devoted following of friends, fans and peers.
As with many of history''s most infamous duos, their hot/cold, love/hate relationship breeds a palpable energy that lends itself to the beautifully crafted music to further draw you in.
