MP3 The Pysht River Troubadours - Let's Have A Seattle Christmas

Fun, ramped up party polkas (and more) with a northwest, holiday flavor. You''ll love it even if you have only HEARD of Seattle. It''s a kick, not just for polka lovers. (Produced by Jay Ferguson)

Details:
The Pysht River Troubadours, who are these guys?

Bob "Babbo" (pronounced: BAH-bow) Fossatti has been playing polkas for as long as anyone can remember. Though he claims to be a structural engineer, we know he spends most of his days writing polkas for the Troubadours.

His daughter picked up the trombone at age four, what do you expect?? She grew up in a polka household with an accordion playing father!! She also is the female voice you hear, though she swears that she doesn''t play trombone and sing at the same time. (We aren''t so sure, she also claims to be a skinny redhead, could it be true???)

James Briggs keeps everyone else on their toes. He graduated with degrees in piano performance and composition from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and the University of Washington. He''s an awesome jazz pianist, killer composer and is pretty much a polka star by association.

And of course there is the producer of the Pysht River Troubadours, Jay Ferguson. (YES, theeeee, Jay Ferguson!) You know the one, "Spirit", "Jo Jo Gunne" and "Thunder Island" fame? He''s currently producing real bands like JADE REDD. Would you believe his first instrument was banjo?? Too true!!!

Note from the Pysht River Troubadours: If you have half as much fun listening to our cd as we did making it, our mission has been accomplished!!! ENJOY!!!!!
