Out In The Community is the powerful debut from Portland, Oregon''s The Quags, a band that builds upon the greatest rock grooves from the 1970''s. Co-produced and engineered by Eric Furlong (Sunset Valley, 44 Long), it was mostly recorded live with classic songs that bring to mind the best moments of The Faces, The Rolling Stones, Ziggy Stardust era David Bowie, and The Kinks. More contemporary references might be found with artists like Whiskeytown and White Stripes.
