Risen Son is a Christian rock band based in the Seattle, WA area. Their purpose is to glorify God with music and, hopefully, bring others closer to God''s truth...and rock out at the same time. Their music is contemporary, yet has a bit of an "old school" rock sound. Jay (guitars) and Colin (vocals, bass) hooked up in late 2006, following Jay''s calling to record a Christian rock CD. Two CD''s later, they''re thrilled to be joined by a new drummer, Chris Brown. All three members have played with their respective church worship bands for several years. They''re currently rehearsing for, and playing, live shows.
