MP3 Adrian Romero - Shirts Against Skins

NYC''s ADRIAN ROMERO is best depicted by the the famous Sun Studios interview with an 18-year-old Elvis Presley: "Q: Who do you sound like? A: I don''t sound like nobody. Q: What kind of music do you play? A: I play all kinds."

12 MP3 Songs in this album (59:37) !
Related styles: ROCK: Modern Rock, POP: Today''s Top 40

Details:
Two guys in New York City playing all the instruments in an incredible hurry to finish 12 songs before the recording studio closed down. In 2002 after 9-11, the economy went to hell, but that didn''t stop landlords from trying to raise rents when business'' leases were up. Lots of empty buildings now.

Tin Pan Alley had been going for some 15 years giving birth to albums like the Beastie Boys "Ill Communication". Giovanni Fusco was a part-owner and the head engineer of the studio. We arranged and cut all the tracks there in 4 1/2 days. Mixed in 5. One song ["Wake Up!"] was even written in the studio. Express lane music. This is one of the last things to happen there.
