Rasheen is one of the members of a production duo called The Nightshift (Sudan Life is the other member). Born and raised in Far Rockaway, Queens, NY.
He always loved music; He is inspired by Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Maze, Tina Turner, Bob Marley, Miles Davis, Genesis, Grover Washington Jr., Everything but the Girl, Roni Size, Phil Collins, and Billy Joel. He fell in love with all music and in college got introduced to producing songs and felt this was his calling and decided to do something about it.
In 1997 him and Sudan Life started producing songs for the rap group MOOD DOCTORS and songs for alternative artist AMBERSUNSHOWER. He''s been working hard on his sound and is happy to finally get his sound out for others to enjoy.
