"I wrote this album when I fell in love. I had been out in the cold for a long time and to find myself in the arms of a caring human being made me feel I felt like a part of humanity again. All the issues feelings that came out in a two month window are recorded here apart from the two bullit songs which tie in with the whole subject matter. The album was recorded over 3 days in a front room and on all the Herb Dee songs, I would like to thank Sue for her input and guidance. The album is dedicated to the other lady in question."
