Details:
I started playing music at the age of 8, and was inspired by metal music in general, especially artists like KISS and Ozzy Osbourne, as well as some blues artists. By the time I was 16, I was playing in bands and hitting the music scene around town. My friends all knew that I wanted to play music for a living.
One day, a good buddy of mine introduced me to the band Stryper. I had no idea what they were about, but I liked the music a lot. When I noticed what they were singing about, it really caught my attention.

As life has gone on, I''ve experienced many trials and personal problems, of course. But when my older brother and I started talking about Jesus, I started to see what was missing in my life. I finally realized that my brother was right when he told me that I needed Jesus as my personal savior. So one night, in the midst of all my problems, I called on Jesus and asked Him to become the Master of my life. I started attending church regularly, and a lot of my problems began to disappear. After I was saved and baptized at Lighthouse Baptist Church, a number of things began to fall into place for me, but my music wasn''t moving quite as fast as I wanted it to.

I stopped to think about how God has given me this gift, and realized that I should use it for His glory, and to reach people who desperately need to know about Him. After speaking with my pastor and family members, I began to understand that I''m on a mission to be a soldier under God''s command. So now I''m writing Christian music and looking for the best way to get His message out to the world.

Influenced By: Stryper, Mortification, Tourniquet, Living Sacrifice, Sin Dizzy, Sacrament, Gene Simmons, Billy Sheehan, Geezer Butler, John Myung, Jeff Berlin, Paul Gardener, Doug Wimbash, Rudy Sarzo, Bill Wyman, Ade Orange, Gary Webb, John Webb (I may not agree with everything they do, but the Word says you can eat at the table of idols as long as you don''t forget Who is the one and only true God: Jesus Christ), not to mention Christopher M. Schneider, Mark Hargrave and Mike Compagno

Uses: Peavey amps, cabinets and basses (with the exception of the well-built Westone Spectrum GT Bass, which he thinks is one of the greatest basses ever built), Zoom digital processing and effects, Dean Markley Blue Steel and D''Addario strings, Nady wireless.
