The Moving Strings first started off as a jam project sometime during 2002. After going through a couple of different setup changes including saxophone and vocals, we somehow finally reached our sound with just the basic instrument setup: guitar, bass and drums. It took us a while to realize that every other instrument would be just too confusing for the type of music we are playing, as busy and eclectic as it is. This is why every time someone asks us what do we sound like, we have to wonder and start answering with the cleaning of our throats: khhmm, khhmm.
The whole idea of recording an album came out as our sound engineer''s recording experiment. It actually took us more than 2 years to finalize the album which you can hear by the melody lines and progressions. And after everything we''ve gone through, it''s finally here for you to download it and enjoy it.
