Details:
.......It has been a loooooooong time coming, "The Hustla and The Business Man" is three years in the making!!!!! They say that greatness comes with time. You can say that Bigbake, not only put his foot in this album, but his whole body and soul. This is the culmination of his life experiences and things that he has observed that the majority of the world can relate too. Bigbake always said that if you are a hustla, you are a business man. You have the college of hard knocks to thank for your accomplishments. The college of hard knocks (life experiences) is the best teacher.

Bigbake''s Bio:

Ever since I can remember, music has has been a big part of my life. You can say that it started back when I was about 3, maybe 4, years old. I would wake up to Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, New Edition, and a host of other groups. Until I was like 9 years old, I don''t even remember watching television at all. All thier was, was music.

My first experience in the spotlight was in 3rd grade, at Handley Elementary School. I played the cowardly lion in the musical, The Wizard of Oz. From that point on I was hooked. I had to be in the spotlight. I hosted talent shows, joined the Step Team, joined the Poetry Club, and a slew of other clubs and organizations that put me in a position to where I was comfortable performing in front of others.

I started transitioning from poetry to rap/ hip hop, in highschool. I would say my one liners, before I would mess up, trying to keep up, in the freestyle sessions. I eventually was able to keep up and got better and better with time. The person that helped this transition was an artist by the name of Twista. He is a fast paced rapper from the south side of Chicago. I bought the album Adrenaline Rush. I''ll never forget it because the first time I bought the CD, I was helping my grandfather move my aunt to Houston, TX in 1996. I had to have bought that CD at least 4 more times before it was all said and done.
I just knew that I would be the next Twista.

I went to the U.S. Army in July of 1998. In basic training I met this cat by the ast name of Jackson. When we would be cleaning our boots or roadmarching, I would provide the beat while him and a couple others would cypher. I went on the Ft. Campbell, KY where I bought my first beat machine. It was called the Roland MC 303 Groovebox. I started making beats and rapping with some of my friends. We called (and still call ourselves) The Smokngunz. I have been doing music with a passion ever since then.
