My name is Richard J. Falcon Jr. I am an instrumentalist from western Kansas. I have been performing professionally for fifteen years. Once signed with Cheyenne West Entertainment, I toured most of the mid west area. I was the guitarist for the band "Impact" and "Savior-Fare". After that I studied classical guitar for three years, then went on to play recitals in and around the area. I continued my musical studies of Jazz music and music theory. In 1996 I wrote my first instrumental album "Send Angels", then was immediately signed by Carefree Records in Carefree, AZ. The Album was looking for major label success and caught the ear of a lot of foreign labels. Finally the album was released in 2000 under Damage Records. In 2001 the song "All the lonely people" won the 2001 Phi Theta Kappa award for Outstanding Art Project for the Kansas Region. Beating out artist, sculptures and other musicians. There were four songs that were on the active play list of High Plains Public Radio from the album. These songs included "Send Angels", "So this Is Love", "Spanish Fire" and "Jessica''s Tango". During Dodge City Days of 2002 a performance was done to promote the album and over 200 units were sold. The album "Send Angels" has sold worldwide in countries such as Philippians, Canada, and even as far as Bosnia and Herzegovina. "Send Angels" has been receiving reviews from fans and industry alike. We are currently working with Lisa Reedy Promotions form Reno NV. To put "Send Angels" in every Radio station in the country!
In the year of 2003 the long awaited release of "Moon Dance" finally came out! Two more radio station aired the CD. Kansas Radio out of Hutchinson picked three songs off of the album to play on their active play list. "Christina''s Home", "Steal Away" and Little Ballerina". In the month of June they will do a show dedicated in promoting the album. The radio station has requested "Send Angels" and wants me to make a live appearance at their station. "Eagle Radio" has aired "Steal Away" on their station calling it the most outstanding album from a Kansas artist. Eagle Radio is a pop station that airs top forty music and both the Dj''s and the radio stations manager highly recommend the album to all of their listeners! One of the Dj''s personally told me he uses the album to put his children to sleep at nights. Both albums are currently being aired on Music Oven .com, which feeds music into restaurants, around the world! I also have worldwide distribution through https://www.tradebit.com! The third album is currently being worked on. This time I have guest musicians performing on this CD. The release date has not been set, however, all of the radio stations that play my music want first chance of the CD! If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
