Trepanning Trio is a homespun ensemble which writes, performs and records original music with classical, traditional and hand-made instruments. The first two Trepanning Trio recordings are complete. The CDs were manufactured somewhere in Pennsylvania. The packaging was screen printed and die-cut, here in Cleveland, Ohio, and lovingly assembled in my living room.
"The Man Killed the Bird..." is a collection of recent work, inspired by creative improvisation and collaboration.
Our first album "I am a Crooked Arrow" is a collection of string compositions and sweet little songs, written and recorded by my friends and I between 1994 and 2008.
Fifteen creative people from all over the United States (and Ireland) each had a hand in the creation of these albums.
