The art of conveying emotionalism is strong in this performing Singer Songwriter. Sandy is well established in the southern Indiana blues genre. Acoustica Magazines band of the month in 2003 quoted a vast and uninhibited growling and a bit sultry vocals on this "No Ones Made Me Blue" 2003 release a well produced original acoustic blues project album. All tracks on this cd have back up vocals by southern Indiana local blue grass icons Paul and Sherry Castetter who have opened and shared the stage with Jerry Reed, Davis Allen Coe and worked numerous political and charitable causes. They are proud to have worked with Curtis Burch and Courtney Johnson, both original members of New Grass Revival- (Source Acoustica Magazine 2003)
Sandy has been compared to the likes of Melissa Ethridge, Bonnie Raitt and Michelle Shocked. Playing harmonica, jim-bay'' conga, guitar, bass and drums she is a well rounded hard working performer who is credited to writing performing and providing all of the instrumentation as well as producing this project.
