Details:
Mark is a pediatrician and a songwriter/composer from Pennsylvania. The original album was produced in a basement studio from August to October 2007 and raised more than two thousand dollars for pancreatic cancer research. The album was redone by musicians associated with BRg Music Works in Wayne, Pennsylvania who donated their time and talent to the cause. The album features Las Vegas vocalists Cathi Campo and Michael Johnson, New York vocalist Samantha Brown, and Mark’s daughter, Aubrey. Also featured are Las Vegas saxophonist Tommy Alvarado and Bill Tragesser on piano.
Jim Andron, Linwood Bell, Ken Gold and Steve Dimond arranged and produced the songs. All profits from the sale of this album will be donated to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. Over 37,000 people will be diagnosed with the disease in the US this year. Let’s change the poor prognosis of this disease to a good one with research dollars.
