Since the band''s inception in the fall of 1997, Strangers & Pilgrims and their definitive "revival rock" sound have been emerging into a powerful force in the revolution of praise & worship that is presently underway in the Christian music community.
More than just a band, Strangers & Pilgrims is an all out ministry that is all about sharing the reality and power of God''s presence in the world today.
The ultimate vision of the six members that comprise the band is to forsake the confines and limitations of Christian music and to use innovative musical styles to radically share the truth of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
In essence their goal is to build the musical equivalent of a "church without walls" that can reach out and encourage the hearts of people regardless of their level of faith.
With the release of their debut album "Spirit & Truth" on the TurnSignal Music label in September of 2000, the band is hoping to increase the scope of their ministry by exposing new audiences to the power of their "revival rock" sound - and more importantly to the simplicity of their message of Faith, Hope, & Love!
