Jody Abboud is the founder and director of The New Song Kids Choir (NSKC). An experienced worship leader and educator, Jody is also a psalmist who brings forth new songs of praise to the Lord, as described in Psalm 40:3. With music degrees from St. Olaf College and St. Thomas University, she was a public school vocal music teacher for many years before the Lord launched this exceptional kids’ praise choir ministry. Through the NSKC, Jody now combines her love for the Lord and his children with her passion for songwriting and worshiping Him. Jody is called to help raise up the next generation of worshipers who will extravagantly love God with all their heart, mind and soul. She believes that when people hear children worshiping God, their hearts will be softened and they will turn to Him with a childlike faith, and put their trust in Him.
