Starr began her journey with auditions with Prince...she won the spot, but her friend was not hired. So she continued on and became a featured artist in P-Funk. Starr was both an artist and an opening act for P-Funk, Living Colour and Maceo Parker.
Starr has launched into the industry with a solid, exciting and dynamic power rock group, that has Lige Curry on lead guitar and Sandro Feliciano on drums.
